I can offer either short-term counselling, which may last between 6 to 8 sessions or open-ended counselling, which would be as many sessions as required by yourself.
For some people, 2-3 sessions is enough, as they may just need support with a decision they have to make in their life, whilst others continue for longer.
Once you have chosen to consider counselling, getting in touch does not mean you have to make any commitments straight away. Contacting me by email or phone can be valuable in itself and will give you an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you hope to achieve and give you a sense of how counselling feels and how I work.
You don't have to agree to any specific number of sessions - at the end of the day it is up to you.
Each session lasts for 60 minutes.
I charge £60 per session for individuals and £80 for couples.
